Chief Chicken Roaster Lee Glover relocated from Seattle to the Roanoke Valley in 2025 with a mission: to connect chicken farmers who “do it right” with communities that have a hankering for delicious, affordable chicken.

With more than a decade of experience driving sustainable business practices in corporate America, Lee is excited to pursue his culinary passion by sharing cluckin’ good chicken with his new community. 

Having nested in the Old Southwest neighborhood of Roanoke, Virginia, Lee is thrilled to connect with neighbors and local farms to bring farm-fresh chicken products to markets throughout the region.
